- Enable us to contact you to inform you about essential security, functionality or other high-priority items
- Send you occasional news and invitations to events regarding our software or services
Third-party services
To provide our booking and payment services, we use the following third parties. Each operates under their own privacy policy, and by using those services you are also subject to their terms.
- Cal.com - We embed Cal.com on our booking page to manage appointment scheduling. When you book a session, your name and email address are shared with Cal.com. Cal.com may set cookies in your browser that are necessary for the booking widget to function. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
- Stripe - We use Stripe to process payments. When you pay a deposit or final payment, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout page where your payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but do not handle your card details directly. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Tally - We use Tally to power our intake form. When you submit the form, your name, email address, business name, and answers to our questions are collected and stored by Tally on our behalf. See Tally's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Advertising - We use Microsoft's Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The UET tag sets cookies in your browser and collects information about your visit — including pages viewed and actions taken — to help us understand which ads led to enquiries. Other than the services listed above, your personal information is not shared with third parties. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
